Cavan Institute, in partnership with Cavan County Board, is delighted to announce the recipient of the Digital Media Scholarship 2025–2026. This year’s award is presented to Oisín Fitzpatrick of Cavan Gaels GAA, who begins an exciting new role supporting the County Board’s digital media activity throughout the academic year.
This scholarship aims to support emerging digital media talent by offering valuable hands-on experience alongside financial support. Oisín will receive €500 over the course of the academic year, along with the opportunity to contribute directly to the creative output of the Cavan County Board.
Celebrating Oisín’s Achievement
Oisín Fitzpatrick was selected for his passion for digital media, his enthusiasm for developing new content creation skills, and his ongoing commitment to Cavan Gaels GAA. Throughout the year, he will work closely with the County Board to develop content that enhances community engagement and showcases Gaelic games across Cavan.
