    Sugarcraft for Beginners Course Duration 8 Weeks Start Date & Time 14 October 2025 at 17:30:00 Weekly on Tuesday Hours per week 2.5 Price €145 Course Overiew This course will provide students with a basic introduction to the art of sugarcraft. It is aimed at those wishing to build on basic skills or those wanting to learn the skill from scratch. The course fee includes a dummy cake, but all other course materials must be purchased or provided by the student. The tutor will give you clear guidance on the first evening on what to buy. These include good quality fondant, marzipan, balling tools, flower paste, fondant smoothening tool, modelling foam mat, plastic rolling pin and a small paintbrush. All additional cutters etc. will be available in the school, but you are welcome to bring your own along. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to confidently ice a cake to a professional standard, pipe with a high level of precision and definition, create a variety of modelling flowers and much more.
