About This Course
This is a pre-apprenticeship course that is aimed at students who wish to pursue a career in industry, with a particular emphasis on electrics or Engineering. It is designed for students who wish to aspire to work as electrical or Engineering apprentices in industry.
The course enables students to develop practical Electrical and Engineering skills, and a key part of the course is work experience in these areas. Students gain practical skills in areas such as Control Systems, Electronics, Engineering processes and CAD.

Entry Requirements
Leaving Certificate or Leaving Certificate Applied or LCVP or QQI Level 4 Award. Equal consideration will be given to mature applicants (those aged over 23) who do not meet these entry requirements.
