Introducing our “Baking Cakes and Sweet Treats” evening course, perfect for anyone with an interest in developing practical baking skills. On this course, you’ll explore classic and modern recipes, including bake and no-bake concepts. You’ll create delicious cakes and sweet treats in a fun, collaborative environment. Classes take place in Cavan Institute’s professional kitchen, which is where our culinary apprentices learn their skills. The group will be small and learning hands-on. Week-by-week, your tutor will advise you on what materials you will need to buy for the following week’s bake. This course is likely to be very popular so it’s advisable to book early.
