Course Overview
Imagine how much pleasure you’d get in wearing or gifting a piece of jewellery that you’d made yourself. Well, now’s your chance to learn how make some unique, hand-made pieces that you can wear with pride or give as presents to loved ones and friends.
This course will teach you the basics of how to make a range of stunning pieces of jewellery. During the course you will get the chance to learn as you create, developing skills that you can continue to use long after the course ends.
The fee listed excludes the cost of materials. The tutor will provide students with advice on what they need to purchase for this course and a range of places from which to buy.
Course Content
Here's a snapshot of what the course covers:
You will make a necklace, earrings, rings and more using wire, crystals and stones.
You will also be introduced to precious metals and get an understanding of the various precious metals.
By the end of the eight weeks, you’ll have made at least one necklace, a wire ring and a set of earrings.
